Systems built around your mission — not someone else's roadmap.
Donor management, grant operations, program tracking, board reporting. We build what your nonprofit actually needs without forcing you into a generic 'nonprofit CRM' that fits no one.

The building blocks.
Every engagement ships with the same foundation. We customize the model, the views, and the automations to match how your team actually works.
Donor & constituent model
People, households, organizations, relationships. Soft credits, in-honor-ofs, planned giving. Built right; works for major gifts and the annual fund.
Grant ops
Pipeline, deadlines, reporting requirements, restricted-fund tracking. Your grants manager stops living in spreadsheets.
Program tracking
Outcomes, beneficiaries, services delivered. Reportable to funders. Designed with your program staff, not against them.
Communications
Newsletters, appeals, stewardship sequences. Drafts your team approves and sends.
Board reporting
Dashboards your board actually understands. Quarterly packets generated, not assembled by hand.
Compliance
Form 990 supporting docs, donor acknowledgment letters, state charitable registration tracking. Nothing missed.
A great fit if you nod at most of these.
Right fit
- $500K–$25M annual operating budget — smaller orgs start with a Diagnostic or the Box; larger orgs land in custom builds scoped to constituent history and integration complexity
- Mix of grants, donations, earned revenue
- Staff time spent on data entry that shouldn't exist
- Board wants better visibility without micromanaging
- Outgrew Bloomerang / Little Green Light / DonorPerfect / Salesforce-NPSP
Probably not yet
- All-volunteer org under $250K (we'd recommend free/cheap tools)
- Hospital, university, or other very large nonprofit (different segment)
- Need fundraising consulting — that's a separate practice
- Looking for a generic 'nonprofit CRM' resale

You see working pieces every week. Custom integrations or messy data migrations can extend the timeline; we'll tell you up front if they will.

Common questions.
Do you work with Salesforce NPSP?
If you have it and it's working, we'll integrate with it. If it's not working in your context, we'll evaluate whether to migrate. We don't lead with Salesforce — it tends to be over-scoped for nonprofits below $5M in operating budget once you factor in license, implementation, and ongoing admin time.
What does this cost?
We price for a market that includes small Wisconsin nonprofits and mid-size organizations — the floor is intentionally accessible. Two productized entry points have starting prices on the site: the [Diagnostic](/diagnostic) (audit + written recommendation, from $2,500) and [the Box](/box) (productized self-hosted system, from $7,500). Bespoke nonprofit builds are scoped to the work — see the [engagement-level explorer on /approach](/approach) to understand what each level typically includes and which one fits your org. After launch, ongoing operating partnership starts around $400/month. Everything is fixed-fee; we don't bill hourly. For most engagements, cost is recouped within a year through staff-time savings and improved donor retention.
What about fundraising strategy?
Out of scope. We build the systems your fundraising team uses; we don't tell you who to ask for money. Many of our nonprofit clients have a fundraising consultant in parallel.
Will this work with our accounting software?
Yes. QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, others — we connect them so restricted-fund tracking is honest and audit-ready.
Can our board see what they need without staff pulling reports?
That's the goal. We build dashboards board members can read at their level; staff stops being a data-pull service.
Let's see if this is the right call.
Thirty minutes, no deck. We walk your current setup, find the leaks, and tell you straight if this is the right shift.
