Replace the spreadsheet, the email chain, and the 3pm scramble .

We map the workflows your team runs in spite of their tools, then quietly engineer them away. The result: fewer apps, fewer copy-paste handoffs, fewer fires.

What you get

The building blocks.

Every engagement ships with the same foundation. We customize the model, the views, and the automations to match how your team actually works.

01

Workflow audit

We sit with your team and chart every recurring task — what triggers it, what tools touch it, how much time it eats.

02

Integration architecture

Plain map of what talks to what. Auditable. Replaceable. No more 'wait, why does the form go to Mailchimp first?'

03

Automations that earn their keep

Lead routing, document generation, status syncing, invoice reminders, calendar handoffs. The tools that save real hours, not the ones that look impressive in a demo.

04

Alerting that's useful

Something breaks, the right person hears about it. No more 'we noticed three days later.'

05

Human-in-the-loop where it matters

Automations don't send your clients tone-deaf emails. Approvals, edits, and overrides built in where judgment matters.

06

Documentation & SOPs

Every automation has an owner, a runbook, and a kill switch. The system is yours to run.

Right fit

A great fit if you nod at most of these.

Right fit

  • Team spends real hours on copy-paste between tools
  • Same mistakes keep happening at the same handoff points
  • Want fewer apps, not more
  • Have data scattered across CRM / email / Drive / accounting

Probably not yet

  • Need a one-off Zap connecting two SaaS tools — DIY that
  • Looking for general 'AI implementation' with no specific workflow in mind
  • Want to automate something a human should still own
How it runs

The shape of an engagement.

You see working pieces every week. Custom integrations or messy data migrations can extend the timeline; we'll tell you up front if they will.

FAQ

Common questions.

What tools do you use to automate?

Right-tool, not house-tool. Often the CRM does the work directly, sometimes we add a workflow engine, sometimes it's a Worker function. We pick what your team will be able to maintain and document why.

Can you automate just one process?

Yes — single-process engagements run 2–3 weeks. Most clients find that one process reveals five more once we start, but you don't have to commit upfront.

What about AI agents?

Where they earn their keep: research, drafting, summarization, classification. Not where they shouldn't: financial decisions, client communication without review, anything irreversible. Every automation has a human-in-the-loop step where judgment matters.

Will this break when the underlying SaaS changes?

We use stable APIs where possible and write integration tests for critical paths. If something breaks, alerts fire to the right person; we're available on retainer if you want us to fix them.

Let's see if this is the right call.

Thirty minutes, no deck. We walk your current setup, find the leaks, and tell you straight if this is the right shift.
