What we collect, what we don't.
Short version: just enough to reply to you. No marketing list, no resale.
Form submissions
When you submit the contact form, we store what you sent (name, organization, email, phone if provided, message) so we can reply. The data lives in our CRM and is accessible only to Wholeshift Solutions staff.
We do not add you to any marketing list without explicit consent. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (no third-party trackers, no fingerprinting, no cookies that follow you around the web). We log aggregate page views and referrers to understand which content is useful.
Bot protection
Submitting the contact form sends a Cloudflare Turnstile token along with your message. This helps us reject spam without using reCAPTCHA or similar tracker-heavy services. The token is single-use and discarded after verification.
Cookies
We set one cookie-equivalent (a localStorage entry) to remember your theme preference (dark / light). No other tracking cookies are set by us.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained for the duration of an active relationship plus three years for tax / business records, then deleted. You can request deletion at any time via our contact form.
